Out on bail, the estranged husband of missing Connecticut mom Jennifer Dulos wants police to give him back his belongings, including his cars.

Lawyers for Fotis Dulos, 51, filed a motion this week in court requesting that authorities return his Ford Raptor pickup truck, Chevy Suburban, Jeep Cherokee, two phones, computers, a server, and external hard drives, the Connecticut Post reported.

“The defendant needs access to it for practical reasons and in order to mount his defense,” read the motion filed by attorney Kevin Smith, according to the news outlet.

Smith also filed another motion asking authorities to “preserve all documents, audio or visual recordings, including all tapes, transcriptions or other recordings of all telephone calls” that have been gathered in the case.

Jennifer vanished on May 24 amid a bitter divorce battle with Fotis, and police later found bloodstains inside the garage of her New Canaan home indicating the mom of five was beaten there, according to court documents.

Fotis and gal pal Michelle Troconis were arrested in the case earlier this month and charged with evidence-tampering and hindering prosecution. She is also out on bail.

The estranged husband has gone back to work for his real estate company, Fore Group, another attorney representing Fotis, Norm Pattis, told WFSB in an interview this week.

“People aren’t buying his properties right now, or if they are, they’re offering to purchase them at far lower rates and he’s not interested,” said Pattis. “So, he’s back at work and trying to keep his business afloat amid tremendous public hostility.”
